Design Goal: 

• Create a cohesive and friendly appeal of all three buildings. 
• Creating a distinct departure of the guest house with a beautiful and catchy name sign. Balancing and incorporating the contrasting finishes through accents and details - Planters, flowers, painted doors, etc.

Key Design Features (Main House):

• Metal Roof - Blue [Preferred] or White
• Sandy, Beige Siding
• Untreated, Natural Cedar Shake Accents that will age to speak to the potting shed
  • Peaks, Window Bays, Sunroom
• White PVC Corner Boards
• Light, Warm driftwood-like refinished deck
• White Deck Railing with Black Accents
