• Primary Sightline = Simultaneous Fireplace | Lake Views 
• Secondary Sightline Optimal TV Viewing: Proposing a full height 'built-in' shelving system, intended to bring visual balance with a weighty piece. This unit would include a Samsung 'Frame' 43" TV installed on the faceframe as if a piece of art - so when not it use it falls away. This unit would store the technology for the television, as well as décor display and the cozy dog nook.
• Sofa Placement: In the edit concept draft you sent, the sofa was floating with a traffic pattern behind through to the staircase. With the space available, we feel it will be too close to the fire and would need to be pulled back to use the console as a sofa table, with traffic around the front.
• Window Functions: Depicted, the full height window system behind the fireplace is a non-operational picture window system. On the TV unit wall, a functioning door is on the right and an operational hinged window to the left.
