Original Design Feature Notes:
- With a well appointed 'room colour story' approach to the palette, each space within our scope feels unique | individualized while simultaneously having a fluid connectivity as you traffic throughout.
- Transitional spaces, with high traffic, have a deeper colour story with added durability.
- The pantry and laundry each serve as natural support | storage rooms, allowing the kitchen to feel light and breezy with minimum millwork.
- With a large home, it is key to create spaces that do not duplicate use - otherwise they can be wasteful. The sunroom addition compliments the casual kitchen, providing unique seating options and sightlines - sit up kitchens tools, deep banquette for casual dining, and an overstuffed chaise snug to the window system.

*This edit considers sight lines & traffic flow.

- A light palette that references the kitchen application with a neutral shell and layers of textile patterns and colours - evoking a cozy calm.
- A take on symmetrical built-in's flanking the existing fireplace:
  • Adding a TV on a swing arm allows the fireplace to stay the primary focus without compromising use and viewing sightlines.

Original Design Feature Notes:
- Visual Weight | Balance was carefully considered with this bathroom design. The height to width dimensions were crucial when planning -
  • the scale of millwork - where they start | stop
  • the colour application on the ceilings & trims
  • the wallpaper palette and pattern scale
- Intended to be fresh and timeless while also resonating as a fundamentally enjoyable space that feels uniquely you, Jeannie.
- Storage was a high consideration for this guest bathroom. Incorporating both open | clear and solid | closed storage to help make guests feel at home while offering you ample space to store overflow product, linens, cleaning supplies, etc.

*Our last feedback meeting ended with direction to shift the design toward lavender and|or pale greens. As you see, this design direction is within the blue palette.
We found this gorgeous glass inspired penny round tile and pale blue backed Chinoiserie Wallpaper with florals and birds - both of which felt a perfect fit for you. A blend of classic and feminine, grounded by vintage sideboard and tallboy furnishings. Layers of pattern, texture, and colour make this bathroom design feel a distinct departure from the other bathroom and rooms in the home, yet simultaneously cohesive. A spa oasis perfectly suited for the lady of the house in this beautiful Victorian home.
We hope you love it and look forward to your feedback.

Original Design Featured Notes:
- Distinctly feminine, this primary bathroom is designed to feel like a personal spa-like oasis within your own home.
  • The deep, rich millwork colour tone is inspired by the framed fabric art. The palette is both architecturally appropriate to a Victorian home and an unexpected pop.
  • The overall space reads as calm and clean, without having a complete absence of colour or texture.
- Converting a vintage dresser to vanity brings warmth from the wood tones.
- Storage in the linen tower and slanted built-in mixes both open and closed for visual and functional applications.
*This is a repeated feature from the main level bath, intended to feel like its always been but varying the colour to feel individual.
- The tub | shower combo with water proof tile wall will be a welcome start and | or end to each day!
